MCRL History
Our firm has a rich history of providing excellent, thorough and affordable representation with a personal touch. Our firm’s staff and attorneys have served the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area, as well as Harford County and other surrounding areas for more than 30 years. We take pride in our firm’s high rate of returning clients and referrals. We aim to make each real estate transaction an experience marked by caring, knowledge and thorough work. All of the closings we handle are conducted by attorneys or paralegals, and we spend time and care explaining the process, the documents and the transaction to all parties in the closing.
Moore, Carney, Ryan & Lattanzi, was born in 1986 from the merger of two law firms: Rohe & Lattanzi – a small, progressive transactional real estate firm in Perry Hall, and Moore, Carney & Ryan of Towson, Maryland. Moore, Carney and Ryan had been a long-venerated firm with deep roots in Towson, occupying the Jefferson Building across the County Courthouse from the early 1950s. Its history of launching several judges as well as local politicians to cement its reputation and connections in Baltimore County merged well with the locally focused young real estate attorney from Perry Hall to produce a firm that served its community well.
Experienced Team. Excellent and Thorough Results.
